Made to order. Every item is printed specifically for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right with a free reprint or a refund. Undelivered/lost packages: if a domestic (US/EU) order hasn’t arrived in 30 days (international in 45 days), contact us within 1 week after that window to be eligible for a solution. Printify
Address issues
If an order is returned to sender or lost because an invalid or incomplete address was entered, we can either:

Reship after you confirm a correct address (new shipping charges apply), or

Refund the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable). Printify
